Jeff Thrash, the CEO of the Mental Health Association of Orange County joins us to talk about how is background as a therapist lead him to wanting to help out our under served mental health community. The Mental Health Association of Orange County was founded in 1958 and is also the largest provider for the homeless in Orange County. Jeanne Valenti, a puppy raiser from OC Coastal Puppy Raisers and Rick Wilcox from Guide Dogs for the Blind join us in the studio to discuss the process of how to raise a puppy for the blind. OC Coastal Puppy Raisers is one of the largest contributors for future guide dogs in Orange County.
