Paul Steck, President of Saladworks is host Ric Franzi's featured guest.  Paul discusses his role in leading the national expansion of Saladworks.  In March 2011 Saladworks announced an agreement with a multi-unit developer for three locations in Orange County, CA which is the beginning of their west coast expansion.
