Ghantous is also V.P. of Design for industry go to Identity Hospitality that specializes in spa and wellness consulting helping clients create successful environments that are conducive to healing and wellbeing, sanctuaries to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

Raad has over 25 years of experience in developing and integrating elegant and seamless designs/modifications to new and existing structures.

With degrees in both business and design, an international upbringing, and instrumental experience by working with industry giants Hirsch Bedner & Associates (HB&A), and architectural icons Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Go (WAT&G) Ghantous is able to marry his creativity in design to his acumen to marketing and business in general into a unique holistic vertically integrated approach to defensible and sustainable branding and experiential destination draw and development.

Today, Raad Ghantous & Associates is highly respected in the field of branded interior design, spa & wellness, and restaurant communities for the high standards of quality, beauty and detail in their design projects.

Raad is also an educator on spa design, an authority on aging-in-place, and the developer of 'Your Home For A Lifetime', a holistic ADA / barrier-free / universal design aging-in-place approach to design/build.

In response to Covid-19 in 2020, Ghantous launched 'Designs for Your Life' which sought to innovate homes to reflect the new reality of daily living and the increasing overlap of personal and work/business lives into our new hybrid existence.

Raad is also the founder of Golden Seal Productions and is the host of his own live weekly show, 'The Raad Life' and the soon launching 'Being GenX'. The Raad Life, now entering its seventh year, takes you along on Raad's continuing journey of discovery as an ‘Age Explorer’ interested in life’s challenges & opportunities that come with getting older and bolder.
